Planning a weekend to

adventure or take part of a number of planned events, such as learning
about doshas (your body type) for optimal nutrition, or awareness walks
through local woods.
There are therapeutic spa treatments to bring
the skin back to a healthy glow. And individual sessions with our yoga
instructors, spa therapists and Ayurvedic doctors can be arranged to
create a structured health plan that you can bring home with you.
A
late afternoon feast is prepared with you in mind offering the best of
local organic fare. And an evening guided sunset yoga class is just the
thing to bring a restful sleep.
